Who We Are

JEM Promotional Products began as a family business in January 2001.

Our passion has always been to provide the highest level of service to all clients regardless of the size of order. We have always aimed to create an environment of reliability and stress free ordering processes for our clients.

We are committed to our company and to a long term involvement in the promotional products industry so we work long hours to achieve our goals. We believe our commitment to the industry is what makes us stand out from other similar companies.

Goals and Company Vision

At JEM Promotional Products our intention is to provide practical support, to all our clients by assuring that their marketing campaigns, conferences, festivals and major events are all memorable successes, by recommending the use of appropriate promotional products, delivered on time and of the highest quality.

We are also able to suggest products that meet all budgets from the very small to the very large. We have the ability to have many products manufactured overseas enabling the client to benefit from much cheaper prices.

JEM Promotional Products was established in 2001 with the aim to deliver great service and innovative promotional products to the marketing industry.

Our Mission Statement is to create long term business relationships with all our clients. We are not merely focused on an immediate sale but to be there long term for our clients.

Our Goal is to better understand our clients' promotional products needs and to then be able to research and source the best products from our suppliers both in Australia and overseas.
